The workout will be made up on the spot.  Participants will put a series of skills and drills into a hat and we’ll pull random tasks out and the WOD will be born.

“Fight Gone Bad”
3 rounds for reps of the following:
1 minute Wallballs, 20lb
1 minute SDHP, 75lbs
1 minute Box Jump, 20″
1 minute Push Press, 75lbs
1 minute Row for Calories
1 minute Rest

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
