a few pushups short of 4 rounds. ring dips killed me.

6 rounds, rings killed me as well. I blame it on sunday funday

rings plus new pushup crossfit games technique were killer.
Box Squats: 135-155-165-175-185 (definitely need some work on form though).
Metcon: A pitiful 3 rounds plus 3 ring-dips. Came out strong and just lost all steam 1 round in. Back at it in the a.m.

2) 7:59…last few dips/pushups were suspect however
1) Went light on this since my knee felt a litte funky and stopped at 135 lbs
2) 4 rounds, seriously scaled dips after round 2.

It’s all about the hip thrusting, flinging, and slinging
2. An even 6 rounds. I think I really nailed the air squats.
