1) Steroid Cindy
20 minute AMRAP of:
5 C2B Pullups
10 Ring Pushups
15 Back Squats, 95m/65w
2) Practice Handstands, Hand Walking
- Girl Power

- Back Squats






7 rounds then got through 2/3 of the 8th.
8 rounds and 5 c2b pull ups, as rx’ed

I’ll get there slowly but surely. Any tips to get past mental blocks?

Maddy, well done (and Ashleigh too). You gals gotta represent for the ladies on the blog when i’m gone. We’re classy and sassy by day, WOD’n and blog’n by night. Plus, it’s a helpful reference and provides for some good entertainment!

(Mental blocks)
Try breaking your WOD and/or reps into sections and set small goals. Like today’s 15 squats…set small goals of 5. I find the qty less daunting when I do this.

Mental blocks: ditto to Brock. Give yourself targets. Also: You can do more than you think you can. Say it while wodding.
6 rounds, almost as RXed except for C2B. Made about 15% of those hitting the bar.
