THE MAN is BACK!
You might not recognize him when you first see him. He looks slightly different after a couple of months in the wilderness. But don’t be frightened.. He’s still our very own Eric… Just a little furrier
Welcome back, Eric!
We’ve all missed you so much! <3 <3

6 mile loop in the park: 49:42 (PR)
Sprinted all of the hills and worked on maintaining a consistent pace throughout.
Who is that skinny dude in the picture?
11:25 (not quite 12 inch jump to bar, but the high bar was more than a foot)
As much as I love E-love (E-amor), there can only be one SKINNY. Welcome home, hoss.

Great snatch practice. Thanks, Coach Allison.

Fun class this morning with the discounted, nips included, tank by jared…Tank Top Tuesday
Also cash out with mike:
30 rolls to squats
15:47. I got crushed this morning. I had a plan of doing 5 every 30 second and resting the remainder. Lol. When I went fast the first 30 seconds and had 5 seconds to rest I realized this was probably not going to work and at 2 minutes I gave up. Then I just rested too much.
I started with strict pull-ups (for speed) and switched to kipping when those got hard. Despite just shaving my calluses I ripped both hands so I’m definitely wearing grips next time.
New strategy: 8 every minute. This would put me at 12:30. I may not be able to maintain this the whole time but it’s a more reasonable goal and I won’t give up so easily. I also think I can do more than sets of 5 since 5 was fine.
Weighted down by my excuse-vest this morning. DNF.
12:12
First 59 pullups strict
Rest kipping
vikram – hate to say it, but Eric is now skinnier than you.

Cash out with Thorsdauttir: 20 rollups from back extenstion to stands.
Skinny E– When are we going to see you for some 6 a.m. love?
Truth is, I came home and did some shirtless posing after Amylynne complimented the Indian guns this morning.
My wife was unimpressed.
all strict 20:37 – better than not showing up at all – barely.

Out of town again in St. Louis, so worked out in the hotel gym:
3 miles on Treadmill: 1.5 miles at 6.5, 1.5 miles at 7.0
Abs: 50 V-Sit with 8lb Med Ball, 30 Pelvic Thrusts, 2 min Plank – all unbroken, 30 sec rest in between
18:40. Stupid high bar.
14:45. Pretty brutal workout. Brendan joining in and killing it was good motivation though.
I saw this and thought of elove, and a little of Brett:

Goal before I started was 16:00 but after 50 I looked at clock and it said 8:16 and I knew I had no chance.
19:56. The first 10 were ugly.

Snatches are starting to feel a bit better. (Partially because the overhead position feels better) Thanks coach Brendan!

I started doubting my numbers, but my first 10 was in under a minute, so maybe I didn’t miscount.
