Started at 43.7 finished with 56.8 getting progressively slower each interval. Horrendous
81 burpees in 10 minutes. Gross

Burpees: 100 in 7:49. Last time we did a 7min AMRAP I did 100 even. This is what 2 long days in Vegas will do to you. Atleast I didn’t get sick!
