After dabbling in group fitness classes and roadrunner races, she started doing small group training at a local gym and that is where she finally found her interest in strength and high intensity interval training. She stalked the Metropolis website for months and finally decided to drop in to the free demo class and was instantly attracted to the strong sense of community. Since becoming a member, Melanie has developed a love for Olympic Weightlifting, attending various seminars and certifications over the years. When you see her make sure you say hello and smile because she will probably be snapping pictures and videos of you for our various social media accounts.
