So if you average 20 rounds on old Cindy (20×30)=600 reps

All pull ups were unbroken, but the problem became the push ups. I believe the last time I did Cindy I was unbroken on the push ups through 10 rounds at least. I was breaking in the 3rd round today.
I was a hot mess after the wod so no presses for me today.

Push-ups felt great. Last rep almost as good as the first! (No worming for this giraffe!)

Push Press afterwards was brutal @43 felt like 90 lbs
5 – pullups for 1 round, ring rows for rest. pushups for 2 rounds, knee pushups for rest
Strict press – 65#
8+10. All the Pull ups were unbroken but push-ups slowed me down. Felt a huge difference between sets of 10 vs 15.
13 + 2 . Pull ups unbroken, but push ups broken after round 2. Strict press @ 85 lbs.
