We’ll have only one WOD on Friday at 6:30PM at the our new location at 156 East 100th. We’ll spend the rest of the day organizing the gear in the new gym.

Slightly north of 20 minutes. Dumbbells are tough man. No damn leverage with those things!
Later: 8x 1:30 on / 1:30 off @ 16.3 km/hr. Never run this fast in my life. Was fun.
