Just wanted to say how awesome yesterday’s WOD was yesterday. Can’t wait to see all the photos! I am now over the pukie feeling..this week was a 2 for 1 deal!

Dreading the Sunday games WOD
24:40 rx’ed (think I started like 30 seconds after).. ggood mornings from the rack
26:25, 1st 13 good mornings rx’d, then moved down to 95. back’s feeling those deads… I CAN FEEL THE ADAPTATION!!!!
Went for a run this morning. Going to rock the WOD tonight. Cheesesteak for dinner sounds good. Very Paleo.
also, just looked in the mirror and realized i have a reddish, swollen lump in the middle of my forehead from kissing the deck on those hand-releases last night… nice.
Muscle ups– first round 7 then 2 assisted, second round 5 then four assisted, third round 1 then 8 assisted.
First time I have been able to string them together.
Goodmornings– 135, 135, 95.
Its a little scary to do goodmornings for time. A lot can go wrong with my back.

I know it’s last minute to be asking this question – but are people meeting somewhere on the UES before heading to hoboken for the pump and run? I thought I heard talk of that, but I can’t find it on the boards!

Dave, Jen, Lauren and Jared are going together and are meeting at 10:45 outside of the path station at 14th Street. This will give us enough time to get to Hoboken, sign in and warm up.
