Some things came up this morning so unable to make it to the gym but got in those phone apps: 65 push-ups, 104 sit ups, 55 wall squats
Pretty sure it was 3 complete rounds + 9 HSS’s @ 65#. Moved through the boxes “ok” but am WAY overthinking the HSS, particularly in a WOD like this.
This was a fun one – happy friday everyone

I seem to trust my body when lifting heavy weights, but cannot seem to trust my body when it comes to jumping on a small box.

Still struggle with technique on the HSS!

awful with anything overhead, but working on it. Shout out to Hass for no repping me when it counted. If you don’t stand it up, it don’t count!!

Knee started to feel funny during warm up, so modified. Maybe should have upped the reps like Nick. Box jumps on 4 x 45lb plates+15lb plate (15.5″)
