Work up to a 1RM Bench Press
Use 5-7 singles to find your max. Once you find it, you’re done.
40 Back Extensions (Supermans, or GHD)
40 OHS with a 3 Second pause (from a PVC to a Barbell.. tops.) They’re for perfection, not weight or speed.
40 Ab whatever of your choice
Break everything up however you’d like!
CFM Valentines Day Throwdown
Show up to your regular class time for your workout.
We encourage you to stay to cheer on your teammates and wear your team colors.
EVERYONE should participate. Especially if you’ve only been at it for a few days.
These events are all about having fun and getting together for a good workout. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people or even people from other class times.
Participation is ideal, but if you can’t workout, cheering is always fun!
There will be scaling options available for all levels.
