This Saturday!!
Show up to your regular class time for your workout.
We encourage you to stay to cheer on your teammates and wear your team colors.
EVERYONE should participate. Especially if you’ve only been at it for a few days.
These events are all about having fun and getting together for a good workout. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people or even people from other class times.
Participation is ideal, but if you can’t workout, cheering is always fun!
There will be scaling options available for all levels.

It’s weird, 200 felt fine, and then my form went to shit when trying 205 and it just wasn’t happening. Planning on getting more bench work in at open gym and working on proper form (never really thought about keeping the elbows in like B was coaching this morning).
Abs (20 T2B, 20 GHD’s), 40 OHS, 40 Back Extensions.

Felt I had more in the tank, but not using proper form. B-boy (rightfully) called me out on my college-years technique. Using the lats with the elbows in is a whole new deal.

Said too much on the blog yesterday – but wanted to add one final word about George. Amazing guy – great transformation. Love it.

Took 1 more day rest from CF just to be on the safe side. Went to exercise class with my mom in Fla instead.
What I learned is that 6 lb dumbells get surprisingly heavy with lots of reps. Lol
Sad I missed bench! Going to have to make this up when i get back. Last time I knew my 1RM was 4 years ago and it was 100 lbs.
Back to CF tomorrow!!
