Labor Day celebrates the economic and social contributions of workers.
Labor Day pays tribute to the contributions and achievements of American workers. It also symbolizes the end of summer for many Americans, and is celebrated with parties, parades and athletic events.
We’ve got the athletic event part covered.. and now Brett is handling the PARTY…

After warm up, did some core work:
5 sets of 10 “windshield wipers”
5 sets of 3 pike ups from the bar, 3 second hold.
30 seconds of rest between each set
Wod: 7 rounds of 10 inch worms, 10 KB push presses (45#), 10 lunge steps (45#).
Time: 15:27
