Snatch Segment Pull

This drill is ALL about positioning and movement between the three points.
Because of that, it calls for light weight and we’ll be striving for perfection.
2 – 3 Sets of:
8 – 12 Bent Over DB / KB Rows
12 Back Extensions with a 2 Second Hold at the Top
