The gym will be open from 10:30AM-12:30PM for open gym. All evening classes have been cancelled.

Tried to get in an early morning in:
Run 1,000 miles
5,000 Tire flips
10,000 Two ton car deadlifts
20,000 Power line pull-downs
Swim 500 miles in open water
I predict this will take me somewhere between 48-72 hours.

Working on ze snatch:

Need to get down into the squat quicker and pull from the pocket not mid thigh.

Muscle ups are still hard for me but im slowly over coming my fear of them. Power went out at metropolis but then came back on.

Gym/Bootcamp Class Workout:
1 Mile Run to Gym (down 1st Ave with Hurricane Tailwind!)
3 Rounds:
20 KBS – 25lb
12 (each arm) Bent Over Row – 25lb
12 (each arm) Chest Press on Stability Ball – 20 lb
5 Stair Intervals – Recover 2 flights down, Sprint back up
Cash Out: Plank hold on Stability Ball, 75 Sit Up’s
1 Mile Run/Walk home (up 1st Ave with Hurricane Headwind….I don’t recommend this!)
Got a guest pass to equinox. It’s been about 8 years, and wow it was just how I remember. One of the 3 racks taken up by a guy doing bicep curl supersets. I left weak and missed Metropolis.
Back squats 135x5x4, 1 at 155. Knee feels wrong, hips tight.
Sandy, make like a tree and leaf.
PJ – I was working out next to you. Should have no-repped you on several of those squats, but didn’t have the energy. Need to focus on the 57 street crane and stripping the front of buildings in Chelsea.
And one other thing, get some new jokes. That pun is as old as Mother Nature, and I just made her my bitch.

Did not leave my apartment all day and am going a little stir crazy. I broke out my 12kg kettlebells and did:
15 kb swings every minute on the minute, 10 min
5×5 front squats with 12kg kbs (50#) w/ 5×5 kb push ups.
Pissed I missed open Gym today, but randomly equinox was open and I have a guest pass so…
Warmed up power clean then did:
5 PC @ 135 on the minute
Did for about 4-5 minutes then:
2 PC @ 165 on the minute
Did for about 20 minutes then:
5 PC on the minute to finish for 3-4 minutes
Quick rest then @ 135 on the minute for 10 minutes did:
3 PC’s
3 Box Jumps: 36 inch
Finished it off with some weighted sit ups:
50 @50lbs
30 @ 100lbs
