Jimmy, I’ll be there at 7pm tonight but I’m going to pass on being filmed for any CrossFit reality shows. If you need a video of how not to do front squats, then I may be willing to take one for the team.

Did CF Endurance Workout today (training for NYC Marathon in November):
8x200m @ 1:30 intervals
Will try to progress to 4-6 CF Metropolis WODs and 2-3 CF Endurance WODs per week. We’ll see how I do.
