    The DL always fun found so speed and air coming into the 2round

    12:40 on the rows, had to basically to 10 min EMOM 30 DUs to finish with tired legs.

    30 deadlift, 15 burpees over the bar, 5 rope climbs (the only round I did from the floor)
    20 deadlift, 10 burpees over the bar, 3 rope climbs.
