Wednesday: 7AM (Oly Class), 8PM (Oly Class)
Thursday:  6AM, 7AM, 10AM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM, 8PM
Friday:  6AM, 7AM, 10AM, 4PM, 5PM, 6PM

Saturday:  8:30AM, 9:30AM, 10:30AM, 11:30AM
Saturday: 1:30PM- 3:00PM Open Gym for Members
Sunday: 9:30AM (Oly Class), 10:30AM
Sunday:  12:30PM – 2:00PM Open Gym for Members

Newbie Sessions:
Saturday 12:30 PM – 1:30PM Free Trial Session for Newbies, please contact us at info@crossfitmetropolis.com to sign up, or head over to our Getting Started tab to sign up there.

Sunday:  2:00PM – 4:30PM Crash Course (Required for New Members).
