26:13 with a 20 kg KB (I had to use a calculator to figure out kg). Eric, why was your kb heavier? Mine was 44 lbs.
Awesome workout.
Yankee stadium. 27:30. Thanks eroc for a fun day in the boogie down bronx. Even had a cheering section… Quality was a little suspect but fans are fans. I will take it. Hardest part of the workout… Getting the kb’s back.
In honour of my fellow UK Olympians, I set a few PR’s today.
D/u – 32 (twice)
Squats 5 rep max – 185, 190
Curious as to people’s favourite moment of London 2012? Mine was tied between Mo Farah’s 5k and Jess Ennis’ 800m victory in the Heptathlon.
@jared I ran out of 20kg Kettlebells, so I used the 24kg. But next time Guys will all use the 24kg as RX.
Great form on your KB ground to overhead, I’ll make sure that Allison and Bboy puts those pics up, they are blog worthy.
Woded trying to sweat out last night..
Off to Calgary today, eh? If anyone knows spots hit me up!!
I would also like to point out that EJ should double as my life coach as she is the one who reminded me to bring my passport.

The gym is cleaner than it’s ever been! Us trainers worked our booties off and it smells great and feels great!
The only stinky things are the sneakers jammin’ up the cubbies! So take them home asap. OLY shoes can stay forever but I’d like to suggest a shoe bag to keep them from getting beat up since they share cubbies with other shoes. Then you can stick your jump ropes and wrist wraps in there, too
Make sure to check the lost n found by the end of tomorrow before the clothes get donated.. and I snag the umbrellas
PS… I’m jealous of all of you that got to go to Yankee Stadium with Eroc! That looked really fun and what beautiful scenery! It’s nice to get a change of pace sometimes!
