Time: I finished. Was well on my way to a PR kicking ass on the run course when an elderly woman in a hand bike ran smack into my left leg, flipping me in the air and landing herself bloody, concussed and god knows what else. I hobbled the last three and a half miles to the finish line.
I usually credit Crossfit for new PRs, etc.; this time I will credit Crossfit for giving me the atheleticism to continue on with the course by avoiding huge disaster (e.g. broken leg, separated shoulder, cracked head). I’m definitely bloody and bruised (god knows what is wrong with my left leg right now), but I was able to finish. I was a liitle proud of myself last year when finished, but this year I’m so proud to have finished at all, so for this workout F the time.

when we did this in march and i was a few weeks in to crossfit, i did 22:29 with the green band. i did not record about how my pushups were, but im almost certain that some were on my knees. every day i’m amazed.

Came in today a little bruised post yesterday, but my leg was bothering me so didn’t do much except row 2K, press and some ring rows..

roughly 33 minutes. I havn’t wanted to puke that badly since, well, since my buddy thought it would be a good idea to chew cigars last night. 1st and last time for that one. Cigars, that is. The workout was sick.
10 rounds: 10 push-ups, 10 sit ups, 10 squats – 8:40. 2.5ish mile run – 25ish minutes.
We’ve reached 20% of our Fight Gone Bad goal. Keep it up!

P.S. The aforementioned AHOLE was not even part of the race. Hand bikes = not allowed unless your paraplegic, which this person wasn’t. Now I’m really f’in p.o.’ed

I worked out at home today and came up with a wod to work on double unders

14:20. the first round I set a pr for du’s (34) and did it in 3:15. The next two rounds I was gasping for air and took a lot of time on the du’s and did them both in over 5 minutes. Gotta get in better met con shape.
