Awesome time! I finished 4th in the women’s Rx’d and Kelly finished 11th.
This is all after taking time off from my shoulder issue and doing rehab work/getting ACT therapy for 3 weeks! I didn’t do any overhead work or kipping movements until 2 days before the competition. I’m happy to say the WODs were PAIN FREE.
Hope this shows that taking time off to fix your ailments are well worth it, and I didn’t sacrifice much since I still performed pretty well.
Awesome job EJ and Kelly, very impressive! Bodes well for next years regionals.
Super duper impressed with amylynns MU performance this morning, if she didn’t tear she would have finished easily.
@janitor – glad we could send you off in Metropolis style..Beers and Sunshine..now you have to come back in one more time so we can do L-Sit Pull-ups and clean the toilet together and its all good!
