25:20 as rx’ed. First time ever that I finished this one as rx’ed. Done this a million times @ 115# and figured I would give it a shot. Definitely ready to quit after round two, but Coach A and the gang pushed me through it. Thanks peeps.
Off to a one year old’s birthday party. I know you’re jealous.

I could have gone heavier but I just wasn’t feeling super pumped this morning. I was alternating box jumps and steps ups to get over my fear of box jumps but also make my problem leg stronger. Blah!
Cash In: 100 DUs for time in 2:10 with a max string of 37 (PR).
Clean & Jerk- worked up to heaviest single: 95- 105- 110- 115(PR)- 120(F)
PR for each the clean and the jerk also.
Betty: 11:22 @60#, all BJs. Probably could have gone faster if I did this with someone. Did a lot of standing around until JCash yelled at me.
Compared to last time 9:51 @45# on 4-18-13
Cash Out: 1 Rope Climb (planned 5, but was just too exhausted)

Betty: 14:34 @ 85#, this is slower but at the same weight as my previous. Attributing that to doing this solo and no bounding box jumps.
Success was showing up. Should have greased the groove of my snatch after yesterday’s clean up with Eroc and Tommy, but duty called.
Ran the Fifth Avenue Mile today! A straight shot down Fifth Ave from 80th Street to 60th Street.
Official time: 7:57 WOW, I would have never though I would be able to run a sub 8 minute mile! Couldn’t have done it without CFM and EWOD’s with Lauren
