Spending some time away from the gym?


Here are a few lovely workouts you can do with little or no equipment:

Remember the big idea: Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements.

3 Rounds for Time:
Run 800m
50 air squats

5 Rounds for Time:
Run 400m
30 sit-ups
30 push-ups

400m walking lunges for time.

Tabata air squat
Tabata push-up
Tabata air squat
Tabata handstand hold

20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 reps of sit-ups and a 100 meter sprint between each set.

Walk 100 meters on your hands, even if it is 2 meters at a time.

200 air squats for time.

Accumulate a total of 5 minutes in a handstand for time.

10 Rounds for Time:
10 push-ups
10 sit ups
10 squats

Run 1 mile for time.

 Find something light to hold, and perform 50 pressing snatch balances each arm, alternating as desired.

Run 1 mile, every minute do 10 air squats.

100 burpees for time.

8 x 400M sprints.

5 rounds:
1 minute handstand
1 minute squat hold

Sprint 100 meters, Walk 100 meters, 10 rounds.

100 push ups for time.

Accumulate 5 minutes in a plank for time.
