There have only been a couple workouts that have forced an immediate rest day. One was about a year ago when Leeper and I partnered up on burpees, deadlifts, and resistance band sprints.
The other was yesterday.

I watched Dave do it at 6:30 and he kept a steady tempo and literally never slowed down. I did it the same way and when I hit 125 I went to my next gear. Big thanks to Allison for the push.
