That was AWESOME. It was not long ago that I looked at OLY lifting with dread. Now, I absolutely love it.
I cannot thank you enough Allison & Brendan.
Metcon: I had one foot at tomorrow’s yoga class and the other foot on a banana peal. 3 rounds and the run. Yes, I dogged it.
The 6 a.m. crew has found the ultimate complement to our training regimen Hot Yoga Wednesdays.

Hit the pinetum. 5 rounds for time, 15 toes to bar, 25 push ups, run the great lawn loop. iPhone clock fucked up so my time is unknown. Weird looks from everyone around.

Felt sluggish because of vacation and empahasis on strength cycle
They thought i had good form, obviously dont uphold the metropolis standard!
it’s official: i have the worst snatch in the gym.

Dale – why has the strength cycle made you feel sluggish?

Had to hold my breath on the burpees, otherwise it was a lungful of nasty sidewalk smells. Vomit-licious.

But seriously, I have he worst memory.. Phillip is one of my favorite guy names. One of my first crushes was named Phillip! But Sam is pretty cool, too

I love snatches.
4 rounds plus a couple of burpees (no fifth run). Finished 10 with 15 secs left so I kept doing them instead of running.
