Hey endurance crew! Don't the cold weather put a cramp in your cardio plans. No specific EWOD programming is planned, but we'll surely be hitting the rower hard, and running as much as possible over the winter months. If you want to throw some extra sauce at your training, you can always use Wednesdays and weekend Open Gym time to do some aerobic workouts.
