5 Strict Muscle-Ups + 1 Dip (1 Pull, Double Dips!) (Brendan Style with straight legs!)
Heavy Farmers Carry 4 Lengths of the Gym.
If you want a real challenge for the Farmers Carry, sub out KBs for Plates.
Girls, you can even try pinning two 5s together with the smooth sides out… Keep your fingers flat. It’s BRUTAL!
