Brian- Congrats on the 1 year. You’re a machine. Though you have few, you attack your “weaknesses” (i don’t think there are too many 6’8′ guys on this planet that are doing HSPUs and 100 pullups). Speaking of machines, Levi took took me to school this morning. Really enjoyed doing the wod competition style. 640 rx’d.

Wasn’t paying attention to the start time but think I finished at 7:43. Pull ups seemed faster this time around than last.
The push up crew should donate a portion of the winnings to a new gym clock. I am not around on the 25th to join, but willing to donate.
@E….if you can’t get that one fixed….this one is $139 and it does Tabata and Fight gone bad along with regular timer and clock! It’s called clock gone bad.

First time w this one, 10:10. I think the row was 3:40 which may be a pr and for sure the first time rowing in months. Psyched to try this again.
Somewhere around 10:30. Put the bar down way too many time on my thrusters.

last time we did this in may i dont know the time, but i did 22lb bar and red band pull-ups. still hate the row but it didn’t seem quite as painful!
